Allen Lucas

LEVEL 2 USAC CYCLING COACH

Allen started racing motocross at eleven, winning the 100cc Grand National Championships. He turned to cycling at 21, spending a season racing in Belgum. He's worked for years as a massage therapist and soigneur for professional cycling teams. The last few years Allen has taken up running and cyclocross racing. He is currently working on a BA in Sociology/Anthropology.

Joslynn Corredor

RUNNING AND STRENGTH TRAINING COACH

Joslynn graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Exercise Sport Science. While at Oregon State, she competed as a NCAA Division 1 cross-country and track and field athlete. She has been a trainer for over four years, holding USAW1, ACE CPT, KIEP certifications. Joslynn is our resident strength and conditioning expert, She is our go to coach for athletes recovering from orthopedic surgery and injuries.

Daniel Duryea

TRIATHLON COACH AND BIKE FIT EXPERT

Daniel found his calling in college after participating in his first Multi-Sport event. He quickly switched majors, and took leadership of his University's cycling team, joined the triathlon team, and graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. After competing at the collegiate level, he moved to Colorado to start a life filled with Multi-Sport. He competes in everything from Sprint Triathlon to Ironman Distance Triathlon. As a Certified Retul Bike Fit Specialist and USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, Daniel is our Bike Fit and Triathlon expert.

 

Chris Ragusa

USAC LEVEL 2 CYCLING COACH, SPORTS NUTRITIONIST

AND OWNER OF KOPPENBERG COACHING GROUP

Chris has been racing road and cyclocross since the late 80's. After leaving a cushy job as a wildland firefighter with the US Forest Service, Chris returned to his roots, falling in love with cycling again. Chris has worked on the cyclocross circuit for a number of years as a mechanic and soigneur for several cyclocross teams and most recently, has been the Director Sportif for the the Boulder Cycle Sport/Yoga Glo Cyclocross Team.

First going thru massage school, he then graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BA in Kinesiology. Having spent time under the wing of Professor Barry Braun Ph.D. one of the premiere energy metabolism researchers in the country, Chris is our resident expert in sports nutrition.
